Sharing biological materials with other entities is often critical for research progress. COM encourages the receiving and sharing of biological materials with others under approved institutional practices and policies, including use of Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs). Agreements governing the exchange of research materials coming to OSU and sent from OSU are handled by the TCO. To initiate the approval and execution process, you should complete and submit the TCO MTA-CDA questionnaire.
Note that TCO must sign the agreement as the authorized OSU signatory.
