After 28 days of EPA+DHA oral supplementation or placebo:
Plasma EPA and DHA levels were significantly higher in Active group when compared to Placebo group.  No significant difference at baseline.
 







Plasma AA:EPA ratio was significantly lower in Active group when compared to Placebo group. No significant difference at baseline.

Blister fluid levels of HEPE12 at 12 hrs. post blistering were higher in Active group than Placebo group, while levels of HETrE15 and HODE9 at 24hrs were significantly lower in Active group.

Total area of all 8 blister wounds remaining to re-epithelialize was significantly less on Day 5 for Active group when compared to Placebo group.​
