Faculty Appointments:
Auxiliary faculty appointments are one of the benefits of being an OSU preceptor. We are happy to help you with this process. The following forms are necessary to initiate this process for Family Medicine and Internal Medicine. See the instructions for information regarding submission.
Once you are appointed as an Auxiliary faculty member, there are various resources available to you as a community preceptor. In order to access some University resources, you must establish an OSU internet username. This is in the form of name.n, e.g. smith.199 and allows you access to resources such as the Health Sciences Library or Transportation and Parking.
