If you are interested in setting up a new student organization at the College of Medicine, visit http://ohiounion.osu.edu/. Then click on "Activities and Organizations" and go to "Student Organization/SOURCE." Registering is done online.
The College of Medicine offers glass-enclosed cases in the lower level of Meiling Hall to showcase the activities of its student organizations. To check on availability of the display cases or to request a mailbox for your group, contact susan.leonhart@osumc.edu or call 292-6450.
Want to reserve a room or AV equipment?
Click here to access the Presentation Services home page that directs you to reserving either a meeting room or AV equipment. When reserving a room, you must know who the advisor is for your organization and provide the information requested. After completing and submitting the online form, you will receive an immediate notice telling you that your form has been received and that you will be notified by the end of the next business day if the room you have requested is confirmed or not.
When you receive your room reservation confirmation, you may then schedule any AV equipment/support you will need by using the AV request form, Link Here. Complete the online form as requested, and when asked for an Organizational #, type in your class year. For the Fund #, type in the name of your student organization.
Do not type in anything under the Optional Information section.
