Clinical Trials at The Ohio State University Division of Clinical
Pharmacology
WELCOME TO OSU PHARMACOLOGY!
Overview:
The Division of Clinical
Pharmacology at the Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public
Health has conducted phase I and II clinical trials for numerous pharmaceutical
clients for more than 25 years. Our highly trained staff is dedicated
to serving the pharmaceutical industry in completing clinical trials
from first-in-man through late phase I and early phase II. We have played
a major role in completing the early work on a variety of important medications
now widely used throughout the world, including azithromycin, fluconazole,
sertraline and others. We provide not only experience and a 39-bed facility
but also expertise in a broad range of medical subspecialties. We also
provide the means of completing phase II-IV at another Ohio State facility
affiliated with our program. We are actively seeking new sponsors and would
welcome the opportunity to establish a long-term relationship.
