(BISR) and Small Animal Imaging Core are two of the Shared Resources for
services within The Ohio State University.
The Biomedical Informatics Shared Resource (BISR) provides advanced biomedical data processing, analysis, management, and
integration support for OSU researchers using state-of-the-art computational
and information technologies.
James Comprehensive Cancer Center BISR
The Small Animal Imaging Core is a
state-of-the-art imaging core facility capable of imaging rodents and small
animals for research purposes. It is available to all investigators at
The Ohio State University as well as to those at other academic and industrial
institutions. It includes high-resolution small animal imaging equipment, image
post-processing hardware and software, technical support personnel, and a
direct interface with the Ohio Supercomputer (OSC) facilities.
